Engadget Reader Meetup 2007 – San Francisco

For those who do not know, Engadget is a technology blog about consumer electronics. As its name implies, Engadget provides in depth coverage and analysis of today’s hottest gadgets presented by “almost” unbiased experts.

Last night I had the chance to attend one of Engadget’s reader meetups at UCSF Mission Bay in San Francisco. Boy, the place was fully packed with 1000+ people! The event featured product demos from companies like Bluetooth, Nokia, OQO, Sandisk, Slingbox, & etc… Foods and drinks were also provided. Best of all, many cool gadgets were given away by sponsors of the event. Unfortunately for me, I did not win any prizes but managed to grab a free T-shirt from Ryan Block, Engadget’s managing editor. For photos of the event, please check out my gallery.
